Billing Policy
In order to provide you with a continuous service, for your convenience, GibsMir uses automatic renewal billing. Upon purchase of a membership plan you agree to automatic renewal billing.
This means that once a trial subscription you’ve chosen comes to an end it will automatically convert to our monthly membership plan for which you will be charged a monthly fee unless canceled.
If you choose any of our monthly subscriptions, for your convenience, it will automatically be renewed for a period of time equal to that initially chosen and at the same rate unless canceled.
As explained in our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to amend your subscription package. We will give you advance notice of any price change.
Paying for subscription to obtain additional feature(s) will activate it (or them) for 1 month only. For your convenience, subscription to the feature(s) will be automatically extended for a successive renewal period of the same duration and at the same price unless you cancel it before the collection date.
To reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions, we may require some users to verify their billing account by debiting their credit or debit card a small, random amount of $0.5 to $5 (or its equivalent in local currency). Please check your bank statement to confirm the actual debit amount. This amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 days of completion of the credit card or debit card verification process.
The renewal will only take effect at the end of the payment period and not before. If you wish to stop repeat billing you can cancel the automatic payment at any time before the date of the recurring payment. Please visit the "My Settings" page to manage your subscription. After canceling your subscription, you will no longer be entitled to use it at a preferential rate.
No refund will be made once the subscription is in use, as per our Terms of Use, and your access to the service will continue until the end of the subscription, so that you are still able to fully enjoy GibsMir.
Depending on your bank’s billing policy and the payment methods you use, the length of your trial period may vary from one (1) to seven (7) days. Nevertheless, the price per day offered to you for a trial period won't change.
So as not to bill a user for the whole monthly subscription period in advance, we reserve the right to provide a 1 (one) month pay-as-you-go membership package, where the user is billed 1/30 of monthly membership on a daily basis until the subscription is canceled by the user. In case membership is canceled before the end of a one month period, the user is billed for the exact period the service has been provided.
In the event that there are insufficient funds on your account/card, we reserve the right to provide you a discount upon purchase. The discount rate may vary depending on the current upcoming campaigns.
In the event that there are insufficient funds on your account/card, we reserve the right to charge you for a shorter subscription period. The period and price of the subscription will depend on the funds available on your account/card.
